You will report to the Director, who leads from the front. Here is a snapshot of some of your duties: – Outbound calling a mixture of contacts, active clients, lapsed, inbound queries, prospects, qualified leads and marketing campaigns. Identifying potential opportunities and booking meetings with a sales specialist Providing sales admin support with quotes Updating the sales database Working towards calling KPIs and targets The main focus of the role will be phone-based, building rapport and relationships with new, prospective and established clients. An honest and transparent approach puts the customer first with a good understanding of their needs. What would make you a perfect fit? Previous experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs Enjoys interacting with customers over the phone. Can build rapport with clients. You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
