What you’ll do…
support and supervise students in our Learning Resource Centres
help with library services and digital learning
deliver workshops sessions on study skills, revision and digital learning
issue student ID cards and media hire equipment
foster a welcoming, positive and inclusive learning environment

great at communicating and customer service
confident using IT systems e.g. Office 365, cloud storage, Teams…
happy and able to support students’ independent learning and digital literacy
enthusiastic about delivering workshops and helping students succeed
confident to maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behaviour
