Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Executive / Sales Manager required for a materials handling equipment manufacturer in Kettering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, solving client waste handling problems, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and experience with bulk handling equipment such as conveyors, balers, and elevators.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, account management, and fostering strong customer relationships.
2. Record leads, opportunities, and orders in the CRM system.
3. Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Provide after-sales support, addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
5. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for new markets and industries.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Executive / Sales Manager, or similar.
2. Mechanical background and experience with bulk handling equipment such as conveyors, balers, and elevators.
3. Knowledge of conveyors, balers, and elevators would be advantageous.
4. Willingness to be office-based with travel to customer sites across the UK required.
5. Full UK driving license.
6. Commutable to office in Kettering.
