SEMH Teacher Are you a passionate SEMH Teacher looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join our specialist school and support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role: As an SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons to support students with SEMH, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. Work closely with support staff, therapists, and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans and behaviour strategies. The SEMH Teacher will use trauma-informed and restorative approaches to manage behaviour effectively and promote emotional well-being. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, encouraging confidence, resilience, and academic progress. The Ideal SEMH Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience as an SEMH Teacher. Strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support students with emotional and behavioural challenges. Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students. Experience working in an SEN or alternative provision setting is desirable. Why Join Us?
