The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the high growth and success of Bright with our MyWorkpapers Product.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional post sale client experience.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
Responsible for booking your own business and delivering results on KPIs including revenue retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities Provide timely assistance and outcomes for non-support related queries in accordance with standard protocols Ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and document activities using the CRM system Oversee new clients in implementation and onboarding plans, co-ordinating and prioritising tasks and ensuring completion of activities Articulate the product's value to stakeholders through demonstrations, email communication, and phone interactions and communicate status updates, changes and timelines Work with sales and marketing to run campaigns across the client base to help improve usage and expansion of the platform Recognise growth potential and identify opportunities by understanding the profile of the firm and what they want to achieve Retention of existing accounts and identify high risk accounts The Person A minimum of 3years experience in a similar role Proven success in cross selling products into established clients High level of organisational skills including the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Knowledge of the Accounting market with a strong background in Accounting software Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with individuals at all organisational levels, both internally and externally.
