We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic Investment Banking recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid administrative experience, preferably within banking or financial services, who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. In this role, you will focus on providing essential administrative support to the recruitment team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment process. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential WHAT YOU’LL DO; Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are arranged efficiently. Manage candidate communications, including confirmation emails, interview details, and feedback follow-ups. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and current. Prepare and send offer letters, rejection letters, and other relevant documentation. Support the recruitment team with pre-screening candidate CVs and managing initial candidate queries. Assist in the scheduling and organisation of recruitment events such as career fairs and interview days. Track and report on recruitment progress, ensuring all recruitment processes are running smoothly. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports. Key Requirements: Strong administrative experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced industry. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with candidates and hiring managers professionally.
