Summary
As part of our ongoing transformation to deliver stores of the future, we're looking for strong, innovative and resilient leaders to inspire and influence change. Our Team Managers are responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and are an integral cog within the in-store team. Your role is to help our people be the best that they can be, to assist in driving sales, commerciality and service standards within your store. Flexibility to work across various departments is required, providing a strong grounding across all elements of our business and supporting career progression in the future. Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
* A proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity.
* Being digitally confident and having an understanding of systems.
* Comfortable having difficult conversations and able to get effective resolutions.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst maintaining high standards.
* Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness to lead teams through change.
