* You will propose and develop engineering and business solutions to problems throughout our product development cycle, managing aspects of engineering to high standards through ensuring good engineering practice and governance.
* You will understand and manage the maturity of our engineering solutions as they develop and take corrective action to ensure our products are the best they can be.
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience managing teams and teams of teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.
* Experience in Systems Engineering activities involved in the development of complex systems across engineering lifecycles.
* Excellent people management, leadership communication, and IT skills.
* Degree educated in a STEM subject or Chartered.
* Experience of working with engineering tools and methods and to engineering standards in a highly regulated industry.
* Experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting methods and toolsets.
You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
