Overview: Trainee Early Years Tutor

Role Details:
This role is open to both qualified and unqualified assessors. The role is home-based with learners located in London.
Purpose of the Role:
Once qualified, you will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and through visits to the learners in their place of work. You will provide mentorship and coaching to the learners through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualifications.
Trainee Early Years Tutor: Essentials
1. At least 3 years Early Years management experience
2. UK driving license and use of own transport
3. Home Based - covering London
4. A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work, in and around London area
Trainee Early Years Tutor: Salary and Expenses
1. £32k - £37k annual salary (salary higher for qualified assessors)
2. Gaining qualifications on the job, such as TAQA assessor qualification
3. The role is full-time, permanent
4. 36 days annual leave, including BHs
