SHIFTS: Monday-Friday

BASE: Alfreton (on-site working)
Silver X Group are looking for the next addition to our amazing team! Due to continued growth, The Silver X Group is now recruiting an ambitious and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and growing company.
Who are we looking for?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in Finance. Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be detail-oriented, bring strong analytical skills, and have a high level of IT literacy.
What does a typical day include?
1. Creation & Posting of Customer Invoices
2. Credit Control activities
3. KPI & Ledger Reporting
4. Monitoring of the business mailboxes
5. Dealing with customer & supplier queries
6. Issue of Customer Statements & Supplier Remittances
7. Creation of Supplier PO's for business activities
8. Scanning & Filing of business paperwork
9. Any other reasonable duties as required

8. Sage 50 Experience desirable
