The Role:
1. Analyse market trends at macro and micro levels to identify growth opportunities.
2. Translate emerging trends into actionable product concepts with strong commercial insight.
3. Oversee the NPD process from concept to order, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with R&D, technical, and design teams.
4. Develop personalized private label solutions, including packaging design and final product presentation.
5. Create range plans and detailed briefs for design teams and customers.
6. Develop product architecture, including formulation copywriting, ingredient highlights, and presentation materials.
7. Ensure precision in formulation testing, packaging design, and adherence to quality standards.
8. Ensure every aspect of the product aligns with brand identity and consumer expectations.
9. Leverage consumer feedback to make informed adjustments during development stages.
10. Manage critical paths and timelines to ensure products are developed efficiently from concept to launch.
11. Coordinate cross-functional teams and handle challenges during the development process.
12. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, strong project management skills, and a passion for developing innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
