Purpose of the Job The Marketing Manager will report to the Group Head of Marketing and be responsible for managing and deploying commercially focused campaigns and content as well as marketing strategy execution. The role will support growth by capturing and distilling our business's strengths into compelling, focused content and activities and enabling effective business development. Working as part of a cohesive and collaborative marketing team, this role will help to define and manage the company’s external presence, reinforcing our brand and proposition alongside communicating our expertise and strengths through a combination of effective and relevant marketing tactics. Key Responsibilities Initiate and deliver commercially driven content and campaigns aligned with the global marketing strategy and in line with business objectives Create and manage the delivery of professional and engaging commercially driven content and a content distribution strategy for external audiences as aligned with company objectives Proactively create and manage a content and campaign calendar alongside the team to manage internal stakeholder expectations and effectively allocate resources Take responsibility for the end-to-end briefing, creation, communication, delivery, approvals and distribution of scheduled commercial content and campaigns on time and within budgets - including trafficking and project management (sales enablement content, whitepapers, case studies, service overviews, etc.) Assist with the development of HH Global’s event strategy and delivery of coordination, ensuring alignment to business objectives Provide strategy and marketing support for demand gen-related activities including awards, events, publisher partnerships, thought leadership, etc. Manage appropriate external agency support for marketing activities where internal support is not available or practical and where specialist support is required Collaborate with business development, solutions, strategic insights and sales enablement to identify, collate and make high-quality content available to support the clarity of our proposition and highlight HH Global’s strengths Take joint ownership and responsibility for the correct implementation of the visual brand and brand voice, championing brand strategy and enabling adherence through training and resources Ensure content quality and compliance through diligent content proofing, editing and improvement and optimization for SEO performance Work collaboratively with the Global Sales Support team to deliver cost-efficient support for administrative marketing and brand creative activities Track, measure, analyze and report on marketing and content performance, receiving stakeholder and client feedback to generate new ideas and increase client engagement Manage the content distribution strategy focused on engaging and influencing our core audiences externally (investors, clients, prospective clients, strategic supplier partners, colleagues and prospective colleagues) Collaborate with the Group Head of Internal Communications to ensure external content is cascaded and communicated to colleagues effectively Be an ambassador for the business and the HH Global brand internally and externally Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging strategies to continuously contribute to refining HH Global’s marketing approach Knowledge, Skills Experience Very strong experience in a B2B marketing position Proven track record of developing content strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth and increase client engagement Experience with writing, editing and storytelling, with a proven ability to create compelling content for different stages of the client buying journey Experience working in a Microsoft environment; proficiency with Dynamics is a plus Innovative with a passion for continuous improvement and pushing marketing boundaries Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations for improvements Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels across a dynamic organization Confident, resourceful, enthusiastic and has a "can do" attitude Passionate and proud of their work and driven by the pursuit of excellence Team player with the ability to operate independently Calm under pressure with adaptability and the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment Strong organization and planning skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent professional experience is required We thank all applicants in advance for their interest in this position.
