Working within a small team, you will be responsible for providing first-class administrative service and support within the sales department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Processing of sales data to calculate sales managers' monthly commissions.
* Analyzing sales data to provide the business with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Using supplier portals to support the business needs.
* Booking accommodation and making travel arrangements for BMs/ASMs and customers.
* Arranging training.
* Booking courses, both through supplier portals and independently to meet company requirements.
* Assisting in analyzing sales data alongside mapping progress to provide the business with sales performance and true potential data.
* Gaining understanding to support all areas in our sales processes for new and used agricultural and construction equipment.
Requirements:
* Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility.
* Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, and Email.
* Accuracy with numbers.
* Be organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
* Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others.
* Have a flexible and approachable manner.

Additional Information
* Start Date: Immediate, but subject to the successful candidate's notice period.
* Hours: 27.5 hours per week – 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
* £Competitive, depending on experience.
