* A degree is preferred, but extensive experience in Magento 2 is highly desired.
* Proven knowledge in Magento development and customization, with the ability to implement custom modules and optimize code for performance and scalability.
* Proficiency in frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern frameworks.
* Experience in backend development with MySQL and API integration.
* Understanding of performance optimization and implementation of Magento best practices.
* Capability to perform continuous development, bug fixes, and version upgrades.
* Skill in setting up frameworks for continuous testing and performing cross-browser and device testing for robust frontend and backend operations.
Responsibilities:
* As the Project Lead, I will have the opportunity to lead new design and build projects in a Magento 2 environment, involving both frontend and backend development. I will support the IT Director and Head of eCommerce in delivering scalable and effective Magento 2 platforms, overseeing the projects for our online stores and international brand partners. I will be leading a diverse team of 17 professional software developers, including Junior, Senior, and Lead levels, along with front-end designers, BI analysts, and technical support staff. My role will also require extensive involvement in the full architecture and design process, ensuring the delivery of quality code that meets customer requirements.
