Responsibilities:
1. Provide 2nd Line technical support to clients
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
3. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols
4. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 1st to 2nd Line Network Support Experience
2. Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP)
3. Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues
4. Previous experience in an ISP/MSP (bonus)
Salary:
1. Total Compensation Up To £40,000
