Description
In this role you will lead and ensure the effective delivery of all procurement activity for London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), whether that is undertaken internally (by business or procurement colleagues) or by shared service functions – for example the Collaborative Procurement Service hosted by Transport for London. You will be responsible for providing procurement advice and guidance to LLDC colleagues and for overseeing interactions with the shared service procurement functions, acting as the intelligent client. You will ensure that all procurement undertaken by the LLDC is compliant with relevant UK legislation and the LLDC Procurement Code or, where this is not possible, that any deviation is fully justified and transparent and that any risk is minimized. You will also ensure that procurements are undertaken in accordance with the Greater London Authority (GLA) Responsible Procurement Policy and Implementation Plan.

* The salary for this post is £86,637 per annum. LLDC operates a performance-based incremental pay scale.
* The probationary period for this post is for 3 months. Upon successful completion of the probation period, confirmation of employment will be given, and the notice period will be three months.
* This is proposed as a full-time post working 37 hours per week, although it can be considered for flexible working.
