Interim Purchase Ledger Assistant - Ringwood - c£12.50 - £13 per hour DOEAre you an experienced Purchase Ledger Finance Assistant looking for immediate work? We have an opportunity with our client, a Ringwood based company, who are looking for someone to join the existing finance team and support with day-to-day purchase ledger operations.This position is to start immediately and could last up to approx. 6 months.The role will include: Answering the phone High volume purchase ledger processing Uploading credit card information Chasing credit card receipts Processing purchase orders Skills/Experience: You will have previous accounting experience from within a similar role- Familiarity with purchase ledger operations is essential- Be comfortable with high-volume processing- Experience of using Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsUseful to know:-Role to start immediately or ASAPOn-site parkingFull time hours - 37.5 per week (part-time hours may be considered)Based at the Ringwood office (remote working on a Friday may be a possibility)
