Job Type: 40 hours permanent (may need to work late & weekends)

Key Duties
* Oversee the smooth operation of the facilities
* Prepare business, marketing and service plans, operational manuals, research projects, feasibility studies, policies and management information as required
* Ensure that the systems provide information to the Client as required
* Consistently develop and improve operational procedures
* Develop and maintain quality assured procedures for all aspects of the facilities operations in line with Mytime Active's operational systems and policies
* Consistently exceed both income and throughput targets for the Venues
* Maintain all appropriate records, systems and financial procedures in accordance with the Company guidelines
* Assist in maintaining accurate records of income/attendances to provide full audit and transaction records in accordance with Mytime's financial regulations
* Deliver the Company’s brands to the highest possible level of quality and deliver associated programmes and promotions to support the Company’s Business objectives
* Develop, maintain and evolve good relations with existing Clients and stakeholders
* Responsible for the line management of all Duty Managers
* Build and maintain a sound organisational structure, recruiting, training and motivating staff
* Manage, develop and co-ordinate staff resources effectively to meet all operational requirements and to create a dynamic, innovative and responsive team through open communication and leadership
* Ensure that all Mytime Active Compliance Training is completed
* Staff management recruitment, training, development, absence management, staff 1-2-1, competency framework, timesheets
* Create an inclusive culture for all staff that is in line with company values
* Ensure all staff are managed in an open and approachable manner to assist in maximising staff retention
* Maintain a motivational and engaging culture in line with Mytime Active values
* Take ownership of your own performance and development including leadership and management skills
* Responsible for the team’s performance and motivation to ensure an ongoing training programme is provided, in order to reduce absence rates and increase retention rates
* You may need to do Duty Manager shifts if there is a shortage of Duty Managers in line with the needs of the business
Knowledge/Experience
* A good knowledge of leisure and running/operation of leisure site
* A sound working knowledge of current facility management and best practice
* At least two years' management experience in a golf or leisure facility environment
Qualifications
* Will have a recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development or a related subject preferably to degree level or NVQ 4
