We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and proactive Site/Facilities Manager to join our team at Aspire Academy. As Site/Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the security, safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of all school buildings, grounds, and facilities, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and students.
In this vital role, you will manage and direct our premises staff, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
