Position Overview: Join our innovative, results- based and FUN Recruitment team to help source, identify, interview and recommend placement of employees through the use of creative internal and external sourcing methods. You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies. You will: - Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires. (your focus) - Proactively source, network and creatively identify and interview potential candidates. (your job) - Support and build Entrust employment brand. (HUGE plus) Your experience: - 5 years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter. (YOU will own your desk) - Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. (tools of the trade) - Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices. (YOU will do it all) - Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates (sometimes thinking way outside the box) - Strong communication skills & proven ability to influence.
