We're excited to be looking for a Training and Induction Coordinator to join our team. You'll be based in our Eastleigh office, with travel to Bracknell and Yeovil, to lead and coordinate a smooth induction process for all new commercial services starters, meeting all relevant health and safety standards and supporting the Central Support Services function on all administration duties.
Essential Skills: Communication, presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills are all essential, liaising with operational teams, people and development, and health and safety teams to ensure a successful induction for all new colleagues joining commercial services.
If you have experience of organising and facilitating training sessions, and are confident in presenting information to colleagues, networking and maintaining excellent working relationships across different teams, along with a can-do attitude, you could be exactly who we're looking for!
