We are currently recruiting for administrator for our client based in Morley Leeds. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. £12.50ph Temp to perm (12 weeks) We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing clerical support, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This position requires proficiency in data entry, familiarity with sales order processing, updating excel spreadsheets with accounts and payroll information, speaking with customers over the phone helping with any queries. Responsibilities • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records • Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. • Organise office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming. • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Requirements • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. • Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with Excel • Good telephone manor • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
