Job Purpose & Scope To compile and enter, analyse and produce accurate data across the Society’s Distribution Teams. Including the management of Mortgage Firm and Broker registrations to ensure that they are correctly set up, approved or declined. To produce accurate and meaningful Branch Network performance related management information and analysis. Duties and Key Responsibilities Breakdown of tasks to be completed under the main areas of work. Main areas of work Manage Firm and Broker Registrations ensuring that key requirements have been met and relevant controls and checks are completed. Adhere to all records management requirements i.e. appropriate documents to be stored to evidence checks. Handle incoming calls to support brokers during the registration process. Update with regards to our policy Criteria Grids with various providers Create management information to evidence registrations completed. Maintain tools used by the Branch Network to measure activity. Collate and report the branch network’s performance against objectives. To collate and distribute Branch Network transactional data. Update and distribute reports as required. Support of Compliance and Risk controls Prepare reports as required across the distribution teams for submission to the Society’s governance forums. Produce adhoc Management Information as required across the distribution teams. Support the Intermediary Mortgage Team with other duties where required e.g. answering incoming calls, supporting with criteria grids. Risk Management To adhere to the Society’s policies and procedures at all times to mitigate risk. To Identify and report risk events in accordance with the Risk Management Policy. To ensure that work is carried out accurately. Attention to detail is essential. To comply with all Leek Building Society’s policies and regulatory requirements. To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required Person Specification Qualifications & Knowledge Experience of using Word and Excel is required to an advanced level (including excel formulae) Knowledge of all parts of the Microsoft Office suite.
