Account Manager

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Spanish speaking Account Manager, based in Spain (ideally Madrid), London or Manchester with previous experience of working within the promotional merchandise or related industries. Reporting to the Global Account Director, you will have a strong passion for sales and product development and will be a key point of contact for our Spanish based clients managing their product requirements supported by Brand Addition’s customer service, buying, design, compliance and logistics teams.
Key requirements:
* Fluent Spanish and English speaking and writing.
* Be of graduate calibre/with at least 5 years’ previous account management.
* Experience of working on complex, large, merchandise programmes.
* Background in promotional merchandise would be ideal, although experience in any creative, product, marketing services, print or POS background would also translate well.
* Project management experience in relation to large client led promotions, driving briefs from development, through sampling to final delivery.
* Be highly creative and able to develop stock and bespoke product from concept through to production.
* Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales target.
* Be commercially focussed, with a proven ability to grow and network with international
* Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships, working with key stake holders both junior and senior levels.
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
* Analytical sales experience, understanding sales reporting history and implementing a strategy looking forward.
* Experience in managing client e-commerce merchandise solutions, including order consolidation and related marketing activity.
* The ability to prioritise and possess good all-round computer literacy.
* Be a real team player, with personality, empathy, and the drive to succeed, with exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be the primary day to day contact for our clients in the Spanish Market.
* Effectively deal with all types of enquiries, identifying clients’ needs and providing a professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and fast turn arounds.
* Work with our in-house creative, purchasing team and approved suppliers to source great product at the best value, and quoting efficiently.
* To ensure all product developments are in line with the customer’s expectations in terms of sustainability, brand guidelines, target market, execution, client marketing strategy, whilst meeting the commercial requirements of Brand Addition.
* Flexibility to travel and meet clients within the Spanish Market and our teams based in the UK.
