What the Job Involves This role involves delivering in-person training and designing courses tailored to the needs of the Benefits and Housing Needs, Customer Services, and Revenues teams. Your responsibility includes creating and devising training programmes that encompass systems, legislative, policy, and process skills, as well as interpersonal skills. You will manage and prioritize tasks, being proactive and organized in handling the demands and pressures of the job. Evaluate and review individual or group learning and ensure proficiency in understanding and adapting to changes in policy and legislation. You will identify training and development needs through analysis and stakeholder consultation, maintaining an agile approach to meet the high standards of the service. Your excellent presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills will be key, and you will have the opportunity to influence and advise at all levels within this high-performing team.
