We are currently recruiting for a Workday Time Tracking, Senior Consultant..
We are seeking skilled and motivated candidates to help expand our clients practice, aligning with the growth of the Workday ecosystem in Europe.
As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in an industry-leading team, driving results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions.
Location: Home-based with travel to client sites (up to 40%)
Responsibilities:
* Be a hands-on SME in the Workday product suite, specializing and enhancing your skill set within one or more functional areas.
* Work closely with clients to understand post go-live requirements, and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution, with support from the Lead Functional Consultant on your team.
* Play an active role as an expert in your area, sharing knowledge and information with colleagues and collaborating to enhance internal capability, including mentoring and training new team members.
* Build strong relationships with clients, guiding and assisting them in maximizing their Workday deployment.
* Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management, as well as external clients.
* Bring valuable insights from your product and industry knowledge, staying innovative and informed about the HR and Financials business landscape.
* Understand and apply Workday methodologies.
* Contribute to the company's financial performance by delivering excellence to clients and managing multiple client projects in parallel.
Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Advanced analytical and functional skills demonstrated through project experience or a support environment.
* Certified in Workday Time Tracking or at least 2 years of experience supporting Workday or other systems in a client environment.
* Experience in the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems post go-live.
* Consultancy experience in HR processes or experience within an HR Services team is desirable.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to consult effectively with clients.
* Experience in managing stakeholders with confidence.
* Evidence of collaboration and contribution in previous roles.
* Ideally, experience in managing multiple concurrent work assignments.
* Ideally, experience working in virtual teams.
* Ability to act with integrity.
* Strong self-management skills, personal productivity, and motivation.
