NP Crew Training Doncaster We are currently seeking applications for the role of NP Crew Training / ATO Head of Training. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, this role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all flying training activities within the organisation, both AOC and ATO, ensuring the highest standards of training, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all Company Fleets. In addition to the responsibilities below the successful candidate would maintain a line-pilot qualification, flying when required within the business. A close working relationship will be required with the other nominated post holders and the Chief Pilot. This role is a Post Holder position and the successful candidate would be subject to approval by the UK CAA. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring that the necessary structure, training resources and equipment are in place to meet the training needs of the operation; Implementation of the aircrew training and testing scheme as detailed in OMD and in compliance with all regulatory requirements; Ensuring all required records of training are maintained and supervising student progress; Oversight of external training suppliers to ensure suitability, quality and ongoing compliance; Content and maintenance of Company flightcrew training material and manuals including OMD, the ATO Manual and Training / ATO Notices; Recruitment and selection of Fleet training staff and their subsequent standards and competence; Liaison with the CAA on training and regulatory matters and submission of required training returns; Line management of the Training Planning Supervisor. Acting as Safety Rep for the ATO, conducting and maintaining risk assessments appropriate to training activity and participation in the Company Safety Review Boards. Ideally, the candidate should possess the following (minimum) qualifications: Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to pilot training and ATO management. Hold an UK CPL(A) or ATPL(A) with TRI or SFI rating, preferably with prior Boeing aircraft experience.
