The prime priorities of the Programme Co-ordinator are to work with Trustees to:
1. fulfil TAC’s priorities of (1) Building maintenance and (2) high quality Programme of Activities,
2. collate/draft well-written texts/information to support fundraising, marketing and reporting,
3. coordinate, attend and support events, volunteers, attenders, partners, residents, visitors etc,
4. meet deadlines and ensure that the online TAC diary is accurate,
5. suggest appropriate new and tried-and-tested ideas which enable priorities 1 and 2,
6. work diligently and alert Trustees to any potential challenges which could impact TAC,
7. carry out good practice (eg GDPR, H+S, Risk Assessments) and contribute to ensuring that premises are maintained to high standards,
8. when required, support Trustee meetings and the regular cycle of core-admin,
9. maintain high standards of email, administrative, feedback and evaluation systems,
10. work within set budgets and support finance evidencing and reporting,
11. occasionally undertake some other duties as requested to support TAC’s core aims.
