Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide talent acquisition expertise to the Transport, Smart City, and YPS business units, as well as on the Group's strategic positions. You will source, attract, select, and hire top talent in the market. This role will also require you to proactively work with managers in a business-partnering way to understand their needs and provide solutions to their talent requirements. Additionally, you may support HR initiatives and projects outside of the talent acquisition space.
Role Detail
1. Plan and implement a company talent acquisition strategy.
2. Develop Flowbird’s policy for talent benchmarking, assessment, and interviewing.
3. Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
4. Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
5. Design and manage the recruitment and selection process (screening, interviews, creating interview guides, etc.).
6. Coach line managers in successful interview and selection techniques.
7. Serve as brand ambassador at events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
8. Represent Flowbird internally and externally at events to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
9. Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.
10. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
11. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
12. Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
13. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
14. Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Candidate Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 5 years preferred.
2. CIPD qualified preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
4. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
5. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
