Role: Employability Trainer/Compliance
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Working hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw)

Join us as a Trainer, delivering engaging training programmes to support learners in gaining qualifications and sustainable employment. Youll work closely with Employment Advisors, assess learner progress, identify training needs, and ensure high compliance standards. The role involves using varied training techniques, supporting learners post-training, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Youll also ensure contractual compliance, preventing penalties and maintaining standardised processes. A commitment to quality, safeguarding, and company policies is essential.
What youll do
Deliver criteria on accredited courses in line with awarding bodies
Assess portfolios for accredited courses during the course delivery
Plan and promote courses to Employment Advisors and other operational staff via distribution of course criteria, quarterly planners, attendance at team meetings, road shows and/or inductions
Design and manage training timetables with the Business Manager/s based on programme and Learner needs
Audit staff data input onto our CMS and ensure compliance and quality
Produce and/or collate accurate paperwork for Learner registrations and certifications
Maintain personal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Log
Support Recruitment Managers with group recruitment processes, for example, screening sessions and mock interview preparation etc
Update and maintain own knowledge of vocational sectors, contract requirements and relevant legislation.
What youll need
Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
IEP L2 would be desirable
Recognised teaching qualifications; Certificate of Education (Cert. Ed) or Post-Graduate Certificate in education (PGCE)
Experience working as a Trainer to people of all ages
Experience of working on publicly funded contracts and dealing with a variety of training programmes tailored to Jobcentre Plus clients
Experienced in compliance, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
