We’re looking for an experienced producer to come and join us to create extraordinary events with and for the communities of Gloucester.

* 3 days a week (remote & office based working)
* £34,000 pro rata (£20,400)

You’ll take the lead on bringing all Strike A Light events to life – from co-created projects and community-led activities to big outdoor productions. You’ll be in charge of event budgets, making sure everything runs smoothly and hits our aims and objectives, all while working closely with the Artistic Director to stay true to our vision. You’ll also team up with our Community Producers to develop and deliver their projects, helping to find creative opportunities, set budgets, and make the work happen.
