What will you be doing? The ideal candidate will excel at taking content from content editors and applying user-centred design (UCD) principles to create modern SharePoint pages. A deep understanding of user research, UI design principles, and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and other relevant mediums is essential. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, user experience, and impactful design. Our Content Designers work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams to create clear, user-led content for digital services. Your skills for this role You'll have a demonstrable passion for user-centred design, with the following skills or some experience in: Scoping, writing and editing user-centred content to ensure it's accurate, timely, relevant, accessible and written to style Branding and marketing to maximise engagement with, and usage of M365 products Using analytics, feedback and research to inform content decisions Digital communication, creative content using a wide range of mediums to different audiences. Managing rapidly changing deadlines, workloads and goals, and the ability to work flexibly Presenting your ideas clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing Providing constructive feedback on other designers' and colleagues' work to support their professional development Why join us?
