Role: Temporary PA Hourly rate: £18.40 per hour Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm Location: Solihull Contract: Temporary ongoing initially for 6 to 8 weeks, this role could be a permanent position for the right candidate. Start date: Monday 14th October Please note, this role is to offer support whilst we recruit for the permanent position, we would therefore need the successful candidate to commit to the full 6-8 weeks to ensure continuity. Duties include: Manage all communication and correspondence with clients and key stakeholders. Perform a range of administrative tasks including diary management and coordinating with various external partners such as agents, suppliers, contractors, and consultants. Prepare meeting agendas, compile documents, and assist with travel and accommodation bookings in line with company policies. Take minutes during meetings and distribute as needed. Share relevant information about the property portfolio with internal and external parties, both proactively and on request. Support the project and marketing teams with preparing client proposals, offers, and event management. Maintain and update client and partner databases and ensure accurate digital records. Collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy across assets and related information. Occasionally assist with front desk duties and provide support to office visitors. Coordinate with senior management and executive assistants to address and manage requests. Skills and experience required: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in PA/EA role. Excellent administration skills. A high degree of self-management and initiative. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent organisation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management, with the ability to work to deadlines. The ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner. High standard of English, including spelling and grammar.
