Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional, inspirational, compassionate and talented Regional Manager to guide our operational teams across the Glasgow Region.
Contract of 37.5 hours per week- Monday-Friday or option to work a 4 day week and enjoy a long weekend to accommodate your other commitments.
Responsibilities will include management of high-quality assurance processes, maintaining oversight of health and safety monitoring systems across the region, mobilising new developments, change management, business development and high-level communications with stakeholders both internally and externally.
The ability to hold and build upon established connections with the Local Authority, Health and Social care Partnerships, families, etc. would be beneficial. Having flexible and active oversight of service provision will be a key responsibility as will ensuring support delivered is of the highest possible standards.
The Regional Manager will play a key role in the regions exciting strategic plan objectives, growth plans and develop Community Integrated Care’s presence as a leading provider in the region with appropriate local brand identity and organisational profile.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of several Services, ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. As part of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the formulation of the organisation’s business planning process with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services.

Being digitally proficient and being use to digital systems will be an advantage as on a monthly basis you will be striving towards KPI’s that are benchmarked against our strategic targets. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to understand the challenges in leading and managing teams across the geographical area of Glasgow. You will already have or be able to develop a strong understanding of the political landscape across the City of Glasgow and maintain an awareness of both locally and national policy drivers.
