Forest School Assistant
Location: Coleford, GL16
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Long-term, full academic year with potential for permanent placement
Pay: £83.40 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
About the Role
Our SEN School seeks an empathetic Teaching Assistant to support students aged 3-19 with varied needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, complex needs, SEMH and behavioural difficulties. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to engage deeply in an inclusive school environment with supportive programs like hydrotherapy and Forest School.

* Passionate, resilient and adaptable, with strong verbal and written communication
* Experience with SEN or in supportive roles such as care work, mental health, or disability support is beneficial
