Receptionist/Administrator - High Wycombe

We are looking for a full-time experienced Admin/Receptionist to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Saffron House.
You will act as a professional, effective, and efficient Receptionist and Administrator for the diverse group of services working within Saffron House. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
This is a full-time position, however we would consider a job share for the right candidates.

Main duties of the job
* To assist the service/team by undertaking all administration duties relating to the day to day running of a busy Older People's Community Mental Health Team.
* To provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors, staff and stakeholders as required.
* To perform general office duties, including responding to email and phone enquiries, answering the telephone, taking and recording messages accurately, and responding to queries appropriately, following Trust procedures and protocols.
* Organise own workload and act independently within appropriate guidelines.
* Order, check, maintain and distribute equipment and supplies for the team and other agencies as required.
* Support in the booking of rooms via Resource Scheduler booking system.
