The role of a Team and Process Leader is to guide and oversee the efficient operation of your area whilst supporting your team to achieve their day-to-day goals and contribute to the overall success of the client. Reporting and escalating to the Area Shift Leader when necessary.
Your hours of work would be 18.00 - 06.00 Monday to Friday with the possibility of some weekend work.
Your duties will include:
* Booking in Stock
* Processing Returns
* Maintaining staff productivity
* Ensuring packing standards
* Maintaining Audit Standards
* Responsibility for Afternoon Shift
* Batching and Processing Orders

* The ability to follow strict processes

* Able to work with own initiative
