What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle - From advertising roles and screening applications to arranging interviews and onboarding new employees.
2. Partnering with Hiring Managers - Work closely with department leaders to identify and fulfil staffing needs.
3. Talent Sourcing - Identify and engage the best candidates through job platforms like LinkedIn.
4. Enhancing the Candidate Experience - Ensure a smooth recruitment journey with timely communication and feedback.
5. Running Local Recruitment Campaigns - Build strong talent pipelines through outreach and engagement initiatives.
6. Supporting New Starters - Facilitate onboarding, inductions, and ensure new employees feel welcomed.
7. Managing Recruitment Administration - Keep records accurate and up to date, including issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
8. Sponsorship & Compliance - Oversee the company's sponsorship license and ensure all right-to-work documentation is compliant.
What We're Looking For:
1. Recruitment experience in food manufacturing (minimum 3 years, agency or in-house)
2. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
4. A proactive and hands-on approach - ability to take ownership and drive recruitment projects forward
5. Confidence on the phone and proficiency in Microsoft Office
6. A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced working environment
