We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist based in St Albans to join one of our clients on a part-time (4 full days) basis. Summary of the Part-Time Receptionist role… Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata Job Location: St Albans Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 32 hours, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday only 8:30am - 5:30pm Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, generous pension scheme, income protection, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, death in service, health cash plan, Employee assistance programme plus many more Responsibilities of the Receptionist Greet and deal with visitors. Answer telephone calls and transfer them to the relevant department/switchboard. Opening and scanning incoming mail. Franking all outgoing mail. Responsible for booking records in and out of the buildings. Maintain meeting rooms ensuring sufficient office supplies are provided. General administration duties including booking couriers. Requirements for a successful Part-Time Receptionist Minimum 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience. Good IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
