The Role
As Senior Engineer, you’ll take responsibility for overseeing technical aspects of the project, ensuring engineering solutions meet specifications, safety standards, and programme deadlines. You’ll manage setting out, quality control, and temporary works, while mentoring junior engineers and liaising with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Problem-solving and implementing value engineering initiatives will be a key part of your role.
What We Are Looking For
We need a highly skilled Senior Engineer with extensive experience in highways or major infrastructure projects. You should have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of CDM 2015 and NEC contracts, and expertise in temporary works and quality assurance. The ability to manage engineering teams, provide technical oversight, and drive performance is essential.
