Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update HR systems, with a keen interest in HRIS.
* Identify and implement process improvements, including AI technology.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing emails.
* Handle initial HR department contacts and signpost appropriately.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including placing ads, liaising with agencies, and managing candidate correspondence.
* Assist in coordinating training activities and promote excellent staff communications.
* Arrange new starter inductions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* Support employee relations casework, including organising meetings and collating evidence packs.
* Manage the HR inbox and actively participate in HR meetings.
* Provide support to Payroll, including setting up new starters and updating records.
Requirements:
* Excellent IT skills and proficiency with MS Office.
* Experience in an HR department and/or Level 3 CIPD qualification.
* Familiarity with HR systems is advantageous.
* Ability to analyse and process large amounts of information.
* Willingness to cover multiple sites at Bath and Devizes.
* Driving licence.
