This will involve tasks such as office admin, monitoring the email inbox, organising workshop materials, running formal and informal workshops and group activities. Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assisting in the creation and delivery of educational activities Assist the completion of evaluations through feedback forms During non-contact time working as part of the zoo team promoting and supporting the department conservation Assists schools and colleges with day-to-day queries Ensures all incoming and outgoing education correspondence is dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner Leading by example in presentation style, etiquette and office standards Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s most exciting attractions. Candidates should have a passion for animals, education and conservation with those looking to start a career in Zoo education. Candidates will need a minimum of English, maths and science GCSEs A-Cs with Good verbal and written communication skills. Informal teaching or coaching experience and Public speaking experience is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for all positions.
