This is an exciting opportunity to join the Stroke Managed Clinical Network and work with the MCN Lead Clinicians to improve services for Stroke care. You will lead the co-ordination for stroke care across Tayside within the Managed Clinical Network framework taking cognisance of the Scottish Stroke Improvement Programme.
You should be educated to degree level or have equivalent professional experience. Experience in project management and engaging healthcare professions in service improvement and change would be essential to the post. Additionally, you should have experience of using IT software programmes for the extraction, collation and presentation of information.
You will have knowledge and understanding of key health policies and strategic direction of health in NHS Scotland and NHS Tayside. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of stroke care and services would be an advantage but is not essential.
Hours of work: 18.5 per week.
