This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a fantastic Mental Health team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse who is passionate and compassionate about delivering quality care to enable people to live the best life possible in the comfort of their own home.
You will be joining an award-winning company at a great time in its development as it expands its complex care and clinical services across the Northwest of the UK. We will consider applications for full or part time.
Please note this is a regional role meaning frequent travel will be required between branches across the North West.
The role will involve:
1. Conduct assessments with new clients and creating bespoke care plans alongside our registered managers.
2. Supporting in the safe mobilisation of POC out with the community.
3. Provide practical and theory training in clinical areas for support staff to POC for our clients.
4. Review and monitor care packages to ensure they adhere to CQC regulatory standards, i.e., regular MAR auditing and reporting.
5. Work collaboratively with clients, family, other professionals, and interested parties to enhance the quality of care delivered and offer support to our clients, managers, and staff as needed.
6. Ensuring that our clients are given the right clinical support and advice whilst within our clients' care.
What you need for this role:
1. Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC PIN.
2. Full UK driving licence.
3. Experience of community-based work is desirable but not essential.
4. Prepared to travel within the local regions between clients and branches.
5. Good sense of humour, friendly and willingness to share skills and ideas!

3. Monday to Friday NO shift work (however in exceptional circumstances some flexibility may be required dependent on the needs of the business and the wellbeing of our clients).
