Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination
* Arrange and manage planned service visits for entry systems, scheduled bi-annually or annually.
* Coordinate with clients to schedule visits and ensure that engineers are assigned, visits are completed, and outcomes are reported accurately.
* Record visit details in the internal system and communicate completion to customers.
Breakdown Coordination
* Respond to incoming service requests by phone or email from customers reporting entry system malfunctions.
* Gather detailed information regarding each issue and assign engineers as needed to handle site visits.
