What you’ll be doing
* Providing pragmatic, commercial, and employee-focused HR advice to managers and employees across our organisation.
* Acting as the first point of contact for employment issues, supporting Citizens Advice Bureaux across Scotland.
* Coaching and mentoring managers, fostering a culture of empowerment and growth.
* Shaping and implementing HR policies and initiatives that support both our strategic vision and our people’s needs.
* Supporting change management projects that make our organisation stronger, more inclusive, and more effective.
What we’re looking for
* A degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in HR or business) or substantial experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing employee relations.
* A passion for people, culture, and engagement - we need someone who genuinely cares.
* The ability to problem-solve, think on your feet, and handle sensitive issues with confidence and discretion.
* Fantastic communication and influencing skills - you’ll be working with people at all levels.
* Experience in HR policy development, recruitment, and change management.

We are looking for an Access to Elected Office Co-ordinator. This role involves coordinating the Access to Politics project, providing advice and support to increase disabled people’s representation in political activity, and facilitating delivery of the Access to Elected Office Fund which offers financial assistance to support disabled candidates during selection and election for local authority and Scottish Parliament appointments.

At Families Outside, Scotland's only national charity dedicated solely to supporting these families, we're looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and skilled leader to join us as a Regional Manager.
About the Role
This vital position is your chance to lead a team of dedicated Regional Family Support Coordinators, providing professional support to families and professionals across Scotland. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to shape, develop, and deliver effective support services tailored to the needs of families. From managing a regional team to influencing local and national strategies, this role is as rewarding as it is impactful.

Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Two years fixed term (subject to renewal where funds allow)

We are looking for a new Community Worker for our Cycling Project who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. Willowacre Trust currently operates a community bike and cycle project from our community centre at Barrowfield. The project delivers free repairs and refurbishments of bikes and provides access to led cycling sessions, along with opportunities for local people to volunteer. Working with local communities and partners, the post will support the increase, reach and capacity of the existing cycling project, and support the expansion of the project in two new communities, Springburn and Woodlands.
This post will be based across the Barrowfield Community Hub and our community hubs in Springburn and Woodlands.
You should have:
* Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* The ability to motivate and encourage community participation within hard-to-reach groups.
* Experience of developing and delivering community activities, events and group work sessions.
* Experience of working with and managing volunteers.
* Knowledge and passion for Promoting Cycling.
* Experience of bike repairs and refurbishment.
