This contract with our government client is for a HR Administrator for 8-12 weeks based in Peterborough, Hybrid - Will be required to attend the office for induction and attend progress review meetings during the assignment. The pay rate to candidate is £13.58 & £15.82 Ph) PAYE Role Overview: Temporary administrator to support the people team. They will be supporting with some of the compliance HR data requirements for colleagues working in regulated roles. This will include moving data from the recruitment system into colleagues personal files, data input onto the single central record (SCR), tracking of DBS compliance, and ensuring documentation is Ofsted ready. Professional and efficient Administrator for 8-12 weeks assignment. Will be required to work without direct supervision, high attention for detail and accuracy, ability to manage/ process sensitive and confidential information, extract data from ATS/ OLeEO recruitment system, use SharePoint filing and Teams SCR/ spreadsheets.
