We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream school in Slough. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with SEN in a mainstream classroom environment Working alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions Assisting with the development of individual education plans Encouraging and promoting independent learning Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents Helping to create an inclusive learning environment Requirements: Experience working with children/ adults with SEN (experience in a school setting preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) Ability to work effectively as part of a team If you’re passionate about helping children with SEN thrive in a mainstream school setting, we’d love to hear from you All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK.
