Your day-to-day will involve: Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and applications Providing 1st and 2nd line support - face-to-face, over the phone, and remotely Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues Supporting the rollout of new systems and technology Managing user accounts, setting up profiles, and handling password resets Testing and evaluating new technologies to enhance business operations What You'll Need: Previous experience in an IT support role Strong problem-solving skills and a logical mind-set Excellent communication - able to break down tech jargon for non-tech users A proactive and customer-focused approach The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A full UK driving licence as you may need to travel to different sites on occasions Tech Stack You'll Be Working With: Windows 10 & 11 / Windows Server (2016-2019) Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Microsoft Azure / SharePoint Active Directory & Group Policy Networking & Cisco Meraki hardware VOIP and telephony solutions Mobile Device Management This role will suit someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working with a range of technologies, and wants to be part of a dynamic and growing team.
