We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's team in Newmarket. The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have a strong background in complex cases in the sale and purchase and lease of commercial land or property. This role requires someone with strong communication and negotiating skills.
Our client has a really strong support team, so this is the ideal role for someone that enjoys client interaction and craves the support of an internal team to help them be at their best in their role.
Responsibilities:
1. Advising on Property Finance and investment
2. Dealing with Contracts and Pre-Emption agreements
3. Overseeing Equestrian farm sales and purchases
4. Advising on Commercial and Residential matters
5. Advising on Lease disputes and Business Licences
6. Advising Leasehold management
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills

5. Great drafting and negotiating skills
